Hi. I'm Keri.

In 2024, just before turning 50, I stepped away from a rewarding first-career to fully embrace what I’ve always loved most—and done best: helping people help themselves. 


As a certified Chopra health and life coach, meditation instructor, and lifelong writer and storyteller, my work centers around clarity and purpose.  I draw from extensive training in meditation, ancient wisdom and behavioral science, along with two decades of guiding pharmaceutical clients and agency teams and designing patient-centered advocacy and educational initiatives.
